Our rhythm and movement workshops allow employees and executives to develop strategies to combat mental fatigue and loss of productivity through a simple, fun and effective workshop.

During the covid-19 pandemic we are moving our focus onto simple drum pieces that are learned on drums during a one-day workshop. This helps embed the memory of the piece and offers workers a great chance to bond and enjoy themselves.

Each piece will be taught in a way that can also be performed in the office long after the drums are gone as body percussion. This provides the company as a whole with a quick and effective way to refocus the mind and reduce stress levels along with increasing mindfulness and wellness.

A recent article in The Telegraph stated,

"New research suggests that regularly playing an instrument changes the shape and power of the brain and may be used in therapy to improve cognitive skills. It can even increase IQ by seven points in both children and adults, according to researchers."

So why not give it a try and see what drumming can offer your company.

Drumadore is a company focused on improving human connection and collaboration through drumming. The company director Éimhín Cradock has had a career that has seen
him tour the world with the Saw Doctors, become the director of the Macnas drummers and eventually form his own way of teaching the drums which is the Drumadore method.

The company was founded in 2016 and now has a staff of 10 experienced and enthusiastic drum instructors all educated in the philosophy of the company which is “Fun, friends,
flow”. Hundreds of children part-take in weekly lessons with Drumadore and a demand from parents to experience the fun their children were having has led Eimhin to design
workshops for adults.

The benefits of drumming on the mind and body are vast and well established. Drumadore aims to embellish people’s life experience through drumming.

It is extremely successful in the corporate world as it has so many benefits to every company.
