About Barna Drumadore Summer Camp:
Drumadore is Ireland’s largest provider of group drumming lessons. We want everyone to have FUN through drumming together and get all the benefits of friendship through music. Drumadore's, ex-Saw Doctors drummer and Head of the Macnas drummers, Éimhín Cradock, has used his experience as a primary school educator to create a
blend of rhythm, movement and energetic drumming AND IT'S ALL ROOTED IN FUN!

We are so excited to run our Summer Camp in Barna for the first time and we know that your child will have an exciting and fulfilling experience with plenty of variety every day!

The camp comprises of various activities:
- Group drumming: Each group will learn a piece of music to perform at the end of the week.
- Art and Crafts: Children will be led by an artist to express their creativity through art - - --  World Percussion: Exploring different percussion instruments and types of drumming
- Sports: A variety of sporting activities will be played throughout the week

We pride ourselves on our child-friendly, professional staff who are trained to ensure the needs of all our campers are met.

If your child already attends weekly Drumadore classes they’ll recognise some friendly faces and some new
ones too!

If you would like a Drumadore t-shirt for your child, you can purchase one for the special Summer Camp price of €10.

Group Organisation:
Each child will be assigned to a group with a group leader. On arrival each morning, the children will line up in the yard with their group leader and then brought to their activity. Children are grouped according to their age which means all creative and physical activities are suited to them. Children often ask to be placed with their
brother/sister/friend. We will try and accommodate this request but cannot always guarantee that we will be able to do so.
