Drumadore or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

Drumadore reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

We reserve the right to remove a child from a class if their behavior poses a disruption to the learning environment or the safety of others in the group. We will first communicate with the parent or guardian to discuss and attempt to resolve any issues. If the behavior continues to be disruptive and prevents the class from proceeding, we may, at our discretion, require the child to withdraw from the class

Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at - drumadoredrumschool@gmail.com .

You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number. Your consent may influence some activities your child is able to participate in.

What if my child misses a class - you can attend the same class in another venue to make up for it.

The yearly Registration fee is non-refundable

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

To ensure the well-being of all participants, you must disclose if your child is neurodiverse, has additional needs, or specific requirements. Failure to provide this essential information may result in a breach of contract and could compromise the quality of care and support we are able to offer.

We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

On the rare occasion that we have to cancel a class, e.g. due to a power cut or sudden change in Covid restrictions or red weather warning , Drumadore will offer a make-up session. No refunds will be given if a session is rescheduled.

Payment is termly. As a business, Drumadore has significant operational costs, including hall rental, insurance, staff wages, equipment, and other fees. For this reason, we must adhere strictly to our payment policies and cannot make exceptions regarding fees. Your timely payment is essential to the smooth running of the club.

If a severe lockdown occurs where in person classes outdoors cannot take place, lessons will continue as normal but online.
